1. Controller and contact
INNERA LABS LLC is responsible for the processing of personal data by Easyfit. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email support@inneracorp.com.
2. Data we use
We use email and authentication data for your account; quiz answers such as goals, availability, measurements and preferences to organize your experience; session records to track progress; and customer, purchase and subscription identifiers and payment status to grant access. Our infrastructure provider also processes technical information such as IP address, browser information and security logs.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data needed to perform the contracted service, manage access and support, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, we rely on legitimate interests for security and fraud prevention, considering your rights. Answers revealing health information require additional care and, where required by law, your specific consent. You can stop using the quiz and request deletion; this may limit personalization. We do not use these answers for diagnosis or credit, insurance or employment decisions.
4. Providers and payments
We use Vercel for hosting and server functions, Neon for databases and authentication, and Paddle for purchase processing and administration. We share data necessary for each purpose. Paddle receives payment details directly in its checkout and also processes data under its own policies. Easyfit does not receive or store full card numbers or security codes. We do not sell personal data.
5. Local storage and cookies
We use browser session storage for quiz answers, language and flow continuity, plus necessary cookies for authentication and secure purchase identification. Providers may use cookies required for security and payments. Non-essential analytics or advertising features, if added, will be subject to required consent controls. Disabling essential storage may prevent sign-in or checkout completion.
6. Retention and security
We keep data for as long as needed to deliver the service, handle requests and meet legal, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations. After account deletion, records needed for these purposes may remain for the required period. We apply access controls and technical security measures; no system offers absolute security.
7. Transfers and your rights
Providers may process data in other countries with safeguards required by applicable law. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about sharing, restriction or objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent. Contact support@inneracorp.com; we may request proportionate information to verify your identity. You may also complain to your relevant data protection authority.
8. Children and updates
Easyfit is intended for adults aged 18 or older. If you become aware of data submitted by a child, contact us so we can assess and remove it. We will publish updates on this page and communicate material changes when necessary.
