1. Who we are and the service
Easyfit is a digital service operated by INNERA LABS LLC. It provides guided exercises, routine suggestions based on quiz answers and session tracking. These terms govern use of our website and service.
2. Account and permitted use
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and use your access for personal purposes. Do not share accounts, resell content, interfere with the service or attempt to access other people’s data. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions, pricing and renewal
Plans, currencies and billing periods are listed on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. The one-week trial is paid; after 7 days it converts to a subscription renewing every 4 weeks at the price disclosed before purchase. Other plans renew every 4 or 12 weeks. Taxes and the final total are presented before payment confirmation. Additional offers require a separate purchase.
4. Payments and access
Paddle is our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for online sales, handling payments, taxes and receipts. Paddle’s terms presented at checkout also apply to your purchase. Paid access is granted after payment confirmation. If access is delayed, contact support with your purchase email and transaction identifier; do not send full card details.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel before the next renewal through the management link in your Paddle receipt or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of the paid period unless a refund, chargeback or breach of these terms applies. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous charges. Our 14-day refund policy and applicable statutory rights govern refund requests.
6. Physical activity and results
Content is informational and does not replace an individual assessment by a healthcare professional. You decide which activities are appropriate for your circumstances. If you have concerns, limitations or symptoms, seek professional guidance before starting. Stop activities that cause pain or discomfort. We do not promise specific weight-loss, fitness or appearance outcomes.
7. Content, availability and responsibility
Content and branding are protected by intellectual property rights. A subscription grants personal access, not ownership or redistribution rights. We may correct, update or remove features while respecting rights relating to existing purchases. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities or warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and communicate material changes on the website or by email. Changes do not remove accrued rights or mandatory consumer protections. Questions, complaints and support requests: support@inneracorp.com.
